Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique in which practitioners act as conduits or channels for the flow of "universal life force energy" (some may call this Divine Light or Source energy) through their bodies in order to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and trigger the body's natural healing abilities. Channeled energy is transmitted through the practitioner's palms just above the client's body to resolve any energetic areas of stagnation or congestion wherever they may be occurring and to rebalance the client's chakras (energy centers). A sound bath offers deep, immersive relaxation by using therapeutic resonant sounds to slow brainwaves, shifting the body from an active (beta) state to a restful (alpha/theta) state.
The vibrations from the crystal alchemy singing bowls help trigger parasympathetic pathways in the nervous system, lowering cortisol levels and reducing anxiety. Oracle cards are NOT used for divination; they do not predict the future. They are however, a very useful modality to assist in tapping into your intuition and can be a source of self-introspection and self-guidance. A "permission slip," if you will, to connect inwardly to your true inner self or your Higher self.
There are numerous and varied types of oracle decks available and most are specifically themed. Each card holds a meaning. Some people may just pull a "card for the day" to ponder on, some may pull many to reflect upon a situation in their lives. Unlike tarot cards, there is no exact number to each deck and there is no "specific" way to use or read them unless guided by an accompanying manual.
Often, people will hold a question in their minds as they shuffle the cards and then lay them out in special patterns where the placing of the card denotes a certain meaning. The oracle promotes self-awareness through connecting to the subconscious. Estimates in psychology and neuroscience suggest the subconscious mind controls approximately 95% of daily cognitive activity! This includes decisions, behaviors, and emotions. Only 5% of mental processing occurs in the conscious mind (which is also much slower and more laborious in processing speed).

Like oracle cards, runes are utilized in much the same way and provide an avenue for self-reflection and inner guidance.
However, runes are rooted in Norse and Germanic tradition where each symbol acts as an ideogram representing natural forces, concepts, and sounds. These symbols are often carved on to wood, stone, crystals, or even bone. When cast with a question in mind, they can highlight current trends or patterns that you may or may not be aware of subconsciously choosing in your current situation and offer an overview of potential outcomes based on the present actions that you are taking.
Most commonly, an individual rune is pulled daily for guidance, but may also be pulled in a three rune spread connotating future, present, and past (read from right to left) with a question in mind.
